Homeschool Cooking classes Term 2
Week 1 . Intro to the classes with basic safety regarding cooking equipment , knives ect . We will make chicken + mushroom / vegetable gyoza with asian dipping sauce and Japanese custard puddings with miso caramel .
Week 2. Ricotta and spinach gnocchi with fresh roast tomato and garlic sauce . / Potato focaccia / Chocolate flourless cake
Week 3. Housemade tortillas with grilled Mexican chicken , slaw , pickled red onion and pico de galo / Street corn / Dulce de leche tart.
Weeks 4. Bang Bang Noodles with beef / Chinese Broccoli with oyster sauce / Fortune Cookies
Week 5 . House made Butter chicken / biriyani / Mango Lassi
Week 6. Okonomiyaki pancake /asian fragrant salad / Sago pudding with poached pears
Week 7. Homemade wood fired pizza / salad picked from the garden with a zesty dressing / Mini homemade Nutella calzone
Week 8 .Lucky Dip- The group decides what they would like to make and we make that with a celebration lunch .
